How do I generate my first turntable?

Sign in, upload 2–6 clean reference photos (front, side, back, top all help), describe materials and colors in the prompt, then hit “Generate Turntable”. New accounts get 5 free credits valid for 30 days.

The generated frames look inconsistent. What can I do?

Consistency scales with the reference photos you feed the model. Add close-ups of logos, stitching, and hidden faces (sole, top). Even lighting helps too. Free re-rolls let you iterate without spending credits.

How do I install the Shopify app?

From the Account page, paste your *.myshopify.com domain and click Install. You’ll be redirected to Shopify to approve the write_products scope. Once installed, approved models get a “Publish to Shopify” button that creates a draft product with the 360° embed prewired.

Can I refund a purchase?

Yes — email support@zepthos.com within 14 days of purchase and we’ll issue a full refund on unused credits or an unused billing period. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime from Account → Billing (you keep access until the period ends).

How do I delete my account?

Account → Danger Zone → Delete account. This purges your profile, uploaded images, and generated renders. Stripe transaction records are retained for 7 years to meet tax law.

Is my data used to train AI models?

No. Zepthos uses Google Gemini via the Emergent gateway. Your uploads are sent only to fulfill the current generation and are not used to train foundation models.
